Build-Your-Own End Table

A foundational course for anyone to learn the basics of woodworking and furniture construction is by building your own end table. This 4-hour course aims to introduce participants to the fundamentals of woodworking and gain proficiency in the use of power tools. You will learn to construct accurate and tight fitting Dado joints using a router as well as utilise a variety of hand tools such as the block plane. 

 

This Greene and Greene End Table is not only an excellent way to learn woodworking but also an excellent compliment as a side piece for your sofa in your living room or as a night-stand in your bedroom. Made from solid New Zealand clear pine with dado joints, it is a sturdy piece of furniture that will stand the test of time. A piece that will be talked about by both friends and visitors.
