School Based Woodworking Programme
We partner with Schools and School-based Agencies to provide Therapeutic Woodworking Sessions to Primary and Secondary Students.
Some examples of our goals for the session:
* Learn and develop good coping skills
* Build confidence and resilience
* Develop sense of belonging to the school
* Pre-vocational skills training
* Learning responsibilities
* Attention to details
* Questioning and problem solving
We conduct experiential therapeutic sessions:
* For Primary and Secondary school students
* Average group size - 8 to 15 participants
* Each session will work on 1-3 pre-identified goals set by the school or agency.
* The sessions ranges from 2.5 to 4 hours; weekly program for an average of 10 sessions
* We provide the manpower, tools, materials and cover transportation at a reasonable cost
